Homemade taco seasoning

Happily following the National Days calendar brings us to May 5 and Cinco de Mayo. Yum! We never need an excuse to eat Mexican and indeed probably do six or seven times a month.

Today we’re splurging and doing most things homemade.

Herbs and spices are very good for us. You should try and slip some into your cooking all you can.

Directions 

    1. In a bowl or jar add chili powder, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper flakes, dried oregano, paprika, ground cumin, kosher salt, black pepper
    2. combine and either use immediately or store in air tight container a few months
